Overland M416 a bit updated over the winter

Well, worked on the M416 (and the JK) a bit over the winter. The JK Wrangler towed the M416 just OK last year, but we figured some updates would make better towing expirencine.

First of all, the '13 Rubicon JK had an older Teraflex 2.5 lift on it, that was starting to sag pretty bad. Replaced it with a AEV 2.5 Dualsport lift over the winter, wow what a difference, not only in unloaded ride, but in the towing experience also.

Replaced the original M416 axle with a Custom 3500 LB Dexter, electric brakes, and 2.5" lift rancho replacement springs. New shocks rounded it out.

The axle was ordered with a 5x5 JK/JL bolt pattern, so added some 2" spacers and some OEM Wrangler JL Rubicon rims. Same tire size and bolt pattern as on my JK. I'm gonna try 1.5" spacers, as the wheels stick out just a hair too far for my tastes.

Right now, the trailer sits a tad below 2000 lbs with our gear, with about 200 lbs tongue weight (so, right at the 2 door JK's limits). The JK is a 6 speed Rubicon, so it has factory 4.10 gears and pulls it just fine up to about 65.

We have a FSR tent on order, and it will replace the Smittybilt XL next week.

There is a spare tire mount already on the back of the trailer from the PO, but it is the original bolt pattern. Not sure if I want to cut and drill new studs for the spare, or find some other place to put the spare tire. Wife and I are gonna do the TAT next year, and I'd prefer another spare tire for the trip.

Unfortunately, I don't have any details on the lid, it was on the trailer when I bought it (used). It is pretty heavy duty though. I'll try to snag some picture of it.

Rack is telescoping, with a strut on each corner. Bolts to the frame.

Can I get info on the fenders? What size tubing and gauge top plate? I’m looking to do something similar to mount my fuel cans
