Truck and camper combination both in excellent condition. Both truck and camper are solid and tight. Everything works well. Needs nothing. Easy to maneuver-Length is only 20 ft when driving.
Camper:
-Very unique camper. Well constructed and solid 1966 camper with 7' rear slide. No leaks, no rot. Inside has been updated. Prior owner always stored in garage.
Everything works well. It sits on a flat bed.
-Battery inverter/charger
-Updated electrical with circuit breakers
-Full size mattress
-Dometic electric/propane refrigerator
-Bosch hot water heater
-Two water pumps- 1 to draw fresh water; 2nd to pull black/grey water
-Electric roof fan for shower/toilet.
-Pex and ABS pipe.
-A/C & DC outlets
-Camper is 10' long floor space without extension or 17' long with extension, or extend halfway.
-Deadbolt door lock and screened windows.
Truck:
-1989 F-350 ( 1 Ton) XLT Lariat
- 460 (7.5 liter) gas engine
-64,500 original miles
-4x4
-Automatic with transmission cooler
-Hydraulic/Electric levelers
-Fresh A/C recharge
-New rear Rancho shocks
-2 New top-of-the-line deep cycle batteries- RV Odyssey battery is rated at 76 amp hours. Over $700 for both batteries.
-New Wheels and Tires (Goodyear Wranglers, Load E, Kevlar)

The Bad:
-The camper has manually operated hydraulic jack stands for storing camper when off truck. The left front jack stand has a hydraulic leak and will not support camper. (I used a wood post as support)
Selling together. I will not separate. Thanks for looking "
