Two small but significant things I did. I angled the solar panel in front which improved the angles to the sun in most situations as well as keeps all the bugs from getting splattered on the front of the tent. The second thing was to wrap the front bar to prevent wind buffeting occurring along the roof of the cab. This almost eliminated all of the wind noise I can hear and completely removed any buffeting to the cab. Its the same principle you see on some automotive radio antennas.

Clever! I never even thought about the wrapping helping with noise or buffeting and I even knew why it was added to the antenna. Thanks for posting that.
What material did you use for the wrap and how did you attach it?
Awesome fab skills BTW

I used ⅝” dock line because it’s weather and mildew resistant. You can get it at Walmart. You can secure the ends with stainless steel zip ties, gorilla tape or similar.
