I think it will be fine with the camper on it. Drive it a bit and re torque suspension bolts.
Maybe post some pics with the camper on your truck?

The camper isn’t heavy . It’s 1365. My tundra handles it no problem . I have had it on my 07 double cab prior . I have had 2 fourwheel campers and a outfitter also before . I don’t go on back road or fourwheeling

My Lance 815 was well over 2k lbs by the time you put water in it! 1300 is light.
