Here is my kitchen setup recently at the Appalachian Rendevous. Snow Peak prep table with IGT3. Home made chuck box in a pelican case.

Which one are you referring Black Dog.
Mine is Medic Kit with the inner shelves removed.
The tables are the top and bottom lids for the kit. You can store almost everything you need in it with a small 2 burner stove.
You can get them for $80 from Sportsman's Guide.

I was worried when I first recieved it as it was super heavy, after opening it up I found the shelves inside would come out with the removal of about 30 screws.
Empty it weighs about 15 Lbs with dry goods, stove, plates, cups etc.... for a 3 day boondock it only weighs 35 Lbs plus it is the same size as my Norcold 65.
Very easy to set up and very rugged.
