Best of luck with your venture. But one thing on your website caused me to rush to google to see if there was a difference in definitions between Australia and the USA.
Drover definition for Australia is “A drover in Australia is a person, typically an experienced stockman, who moves livestock, usually sheep, cattle, and horses "on the hoof" over long distances.”
US version “Drover, a person who moves animals over long distances in droving (see also teamster)”
Turns out after all the time I spent “droving” as a kid I was just being an apprentice teamster.
