New flip pac build power questions

I have a 2009 Silverado with a flip pac I just snagged. While at my parents house for Xmas my dad gave me a 400w inverter a manual battery isolator switch and a solar panel forget the size. I’d like to set up a secOnd battery in my engine bay that charges off the alternator and also the panel while camping ( mostly beach 1-2 day trips and local desert)

With that said is this possible mainly have a secondary plug in I can quickly hook up the panel while we’re camping to keep a charge? This is my daily commuter and want it to be as simple and reliable as possible. Also read that the marine deep cycle batteries don’t like heat? And the engine bay may not be the best place.

This will be powering lights for cooking the shell lights, phone charging and possibly a Engel fridge set up 52929192-9834-4C62-81DD-76D36F51CBE3.jpeg6D6E6B77-2AFC-4576-AD2B-97FC9A5C82FC.jpegB50AD7E0-C381-49FA-9BF9-4492261D19E4.jpeg31FAECC4-5BD4-41AF-8ED1-6528FC681199.jpegF4B55D4D-A4BC-413F-B7D3-6A62DD137C0F.jpeg
