Installed counters today. Cut from Starboard. Thin and sleek. I plan on creating an insertable wear top section with contrasting color. They fit without the need of trim. Added a few little details like extended returns in order to visually draw all the cabinets elements together..

Used plastic spreaders to secure sink to counter. Added a neat controller with two pancake fans to draw heat out of rear rod behind refrigerator. Thought disco lights would be sort of fun, so I placed them in a small recess behind upper cabinets. The lowered table in dinette will serve as another sleeping spot when wife kicks me out of bed or it will make a nice place for my dog to sleep. I used a gas charged pedestal that seems to work well.
Pictures include top view of fresh water tank that resides beneath dinette. I used a more traditional level sensor and read out for linear water level record. The tank holds 80 gallons and has multiple baffles in it (it was custom made). For the bathroom door, I sandwiched two semi opal plastic panels together. It glows when the door is shut and light is on. Hmm-thought that was a neat idea, but now thinking-hmm, when its in use. I will have wife try it with light on and see what I see. Could be good!

I used .090 aluminum for exterior walls-its taped and glued on. Its very smooth and sleek. Those two smaller back windows-one of them will be replaced with a new much larger one. I will be designed and built with same dimensions as a safety escape window. The door that is open is the hide away under the sink. The toilet slides into this area when showering. Its right beneath the sink. Should a leak start at sink, the water will simply flow into shower drain. Overheads are all plastic. I installed with hinges on bottom so I wouldn't have to deal with gas springs and more hardware and weight up this high. The gray plastic is an electrical chase. A sharp eye will spot those screws holding them to the cog. Being this body is aluminum, they will pose a condensation risk as well as different metal issue. I have begun removing them. They are currently screwed into aluminum perils on underside of roof. I am drilling larger holes, tapping them and installing 3/8" fiberglass bolts. Works but is not easy to do at this stage of assembly.
Didn't go with a sink in bath area, but did build a plastic holder for stuff. Grates are plastic with spacers on bottom to allow free drainage of water.
Built a cabinet for all electrical stuff including a microwave and a coffee maker that fits behind door. Given this is all Starboard, there is no glue or smell. It will clean up well. Last photo shows un-finished entryway. I have located the main electrical shut-offs here. Its a good safety feature to be able to isolate any electrical problem. They also help conserve battery power in a pinch or when the camper is not being used.

Built a retracting base for toilet. I have fabricated out of Star Board. is guided by a pair of stainless steel drawer slides. Four wheels on underside support the base as it slides in and out. I am installing a Natures Head composting toilet on the base,
The toilet slides out of the way when not in use. A side door allows access behind for cleaning and sanitation. Everything is wash down duty.

Wrapping this up. Built a set of steps that provide a place to place boots and shoes upon entry. Added a little lockable enclosure for stuff and things and stuff. Final finishing of cab over portion. Plan on mounting on truck this weekend.

Just went through this again. One of the best build on here.

Do you have any pictures of building the box. Curious since you started posting on here so late in the build.
