Need help transporting a trailer from Cali to Seattle area

I am looking at buying a trailer from a guy in San Jose. But I live in Seattle and won't be going to California anytime soon. Anyone know how I can get it home?

Looks like you have 3 options. Drive to CA to pick it up, pay a service to transport it to Seattle for you, don't buy the trailer. Google RV transport companies, there are many.

Yeah, I get the options. But I have buddies who have found folks traveling from one place to another willing to help them transport. Plus, I was reading a thread the other day that had a guy in it that does this and I cant find it. It was about a dude that bought a sportmobile and it broke down on his way home. But I cant track it down.
