Need help identifying a front bumper on an LR4 (pictures included)

I came across, what I feel, is an unusual front bumper setup on a 2013 LR4. I have spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to track down details regarding it and have come up with literally nothing. When I first saw the photos on the link below I really liked it, seeing the other images, which I located on the dealerships Facebook page, I seem to like it less. But that being said, I'd still love to know more about it.

Here is what I know...
  1. A New Zealand based dealership by the name of Duncan & Ebbet modified a new LR4 using parts possibly only available by LR Aussie.
  2. It appears to use the OEM A-Frame grille, but also has bull bars that pass through it.
  3. The concealed winch is Terrafirma.
  4. The bumper appears to be OEM due to fact that the park distance sensors are there...but it is different in a number of other places.
  5. I have reached out to the dealership with no response. I have reached out to Terrafirma with no response.
Original link where I came across photos found here

TIA!

No doubt this one looks very sharp and perfect fit for the vehicle. I am very interested in more info as well.
Also, it seems this one is running Warn Zeon synthetic. They are known to be very hard to install due to larger than conventional dimensions and tight clearances of the LR4 front. I did install one on mine but it was a real pain with the hidden tray that had to be modified.

Looks like it may be the brush guard paired with a hidden winch setup and not necessarily a new bumper. That brush guard looks great

It looks like a standard LR bullbar that’s been painted and a terrafirma winch cradle fitted. I didn’t know that LR made a bar for the D4

The article, which honestly reads pretty poorly, mentions the bull bar originally came to them in chrome-- and they later painted it. That said, I can't even find a chrome version/images floating around the net. Do you have a link you can point me to which shows the LR Bull Bar?

The A-Frame Brush Bar also shows raised letters on the text where as the more common OE version has depressed letters. Just another observation.

Holy damn that's an expensive bar even after the conversion from New Zealand pesos and GST in NZ is 15%!

Thing is downright hideous as is... amazing what some paint can do. Thoughts? Should we get crazy and organize a group buy? I do could handle arranging the logistics and int' freight on these, but we'd need them to drop the price quite a bit to have this make sense.
This is a plastic bumper, right? That price is ludicrous.

Are they on drugs? $5000-$7000 for a bullbar? You could get one custom made for that price

It's a good example of an overpriced OE part that isn't trail rated... I get that. It's also not giving you all the functionality as Victory mentioned but appears the post was now deleted.
