Replaced my front wheel bearings today. Also greased the spindle bushings with the special tool from Slee.

That looks like a lot of fun! I'm pretty jealous. Wheeling has it's own season up here. Outside of it, you're pretty much stuck with just snow.

That sidewall looks pretty scary haha!
We may have year round wheeling but I've seen the pics of your home area and WOW. Jealous of your scenery for sure.

Nice build. Looks like you're having fun at Hidden Falls. Which club did you go with?

Ordered a 4x4 labs rear bumper DIY kit. Got it without the swingout but I ordered a heavy duty spindle and my brother and I are going to design the swingout section.

My brother and I installed the 4x4 Labs DIY bumper kit on Saturday.
This thing is very stout with lots of internal bracing and 14 bolts that hold it to the frame.
After removing the flimsy plastic bumper we had to remove the spare tire holder and cut out the rear frame cross-member.

Won't be needing this...

Painted the lower quarter panels so they blend in better.

A little bit of rattle can.

Yep.

We still need to fab up the tire carrier. I am going to go with a single swing that goes all the way across. We'll mount the tire on the driver's side and probably a basket on the passenger side.

My brother and I finished with the swing gate earlier today. Still needs paint. Got the tire mounted pretty high and really happy with how it turned out.

Did some interior work. Removed the stick-on "wood" on the door panels.
Also replaced the door speakers and removed the speaker fabric to paint the plastic grilles.
Factory speakers were toast

Looks a lot nicer in my opinion.
Next will be to replace the factory subwoofer which is also blown out.
