The rig came back in army green, with all accessory pieces, including frame, recoated in matte black. added some mesh Light guards on both the headlight and spotlight, and german light baskets guarding the signal lights all around:
Agreed! Got rid of the toggle... got a new dash without the hole and relocated it.Gorgeous! Everything is top notch.
Well, almost everything. That toggle switch detracts. Perhaps add one of those little rubber boots over it. That would do the trick.
But really, really nice.
Super happy with the front drum... i have had to emergency stop twice on it and have had no issues. The initial dial in was a pain, taking 3 hours, but once its done its done. Also got the upgraded turnbuckle and super heavy duty cable so it really is a stout system.Great build. I love the repainted look. I had a 2011 GU and miss it often. Im interested in your thoughts on the front drum conversion. I thought the Brembo brake was the best one on the rig and I would have converte the rest to disk if I could at the time. Never thought of going back to drum. Are you happy with the performance?\
