My turn...
I didn't want to do a huge photo dump on Kurt's thread so I'll share my stuff here.
2015 was another great year for me at getting outdoors and doing stuff. I am always thinking I need to get out more, but after actually seeing the photos and remembering what I did during the year I feel I did my fair share.
I met some new friends, as well as getting re-aquainted with old ones. Visited new areas to this great state of Utah that I haven't been before and went back to some very familiar haunts. Camped, fished, explored and drove a lot. I took numerous trips to the Wasatch Mountain Range/American Fork Canyon/Strawberry/Uintas that weren't documented, they were just a fill up the tank and go trips. That is one of the best things about living here in Heber, UT., I can be out the door and enjoying the outdoors within minutes.
The year started off slow for Jan. and Feb. but things really started to ramp up in March and from there it was nothing but getting out whenever possible.
March...it wouldn't be spring without a trip to the Swell, and the fishing is just beginning to turn on...
April started off with trying to find open trails, then a trip to the Green River, then another trip to the Swell for Cruise Moab.
Cool old survey marker I found while hiking around in the Swell...
Devil's Racetrack led by the Mongrel...
...and my FAVORITE time at camp for the year, trail ride was done, great weather, great food and even better company that afternoon...
Looking up the cliff face at the Black Dragon glyphs, catching a raven riding the wind.
May...I found myself back in Moab, and exploring the trails close to home now that they were starting to open up.
...continued...
