Just got back from running the Mojave Road from east to west starting new years day. We had Adam (Cowboy Roscoe), Dave (DMS1) and friends. Had a great time. More to come...

We had great weather. Days were 50-60s and nights were 35-45s. We had some winds during the day...nothing major.

Well it looks like fun. It's on the top of my list right now, if I can ever talk my buddies into taking the time off to do it!

It is worth it!

When I lived in the Bay Area we drove down and ran it three times; winter, summer and spring.

It's about a six hour drive from the Bay Area, so you can take Friday off and drive down and camp between Laughlin and US 95 Friday night. Finish up Sunday morning and head back for work Monday.

Do it before the Feds get wise to how cool it is and close it!

Had a great time on this Mojave Road run and it was also a pleasure meeting Jim and Adam from Expo and their friends.

Here are a few pics I took along the trail.
