Military rim identification?

Some guy on face book keeps posting these rims for sale. He is not sharing what they actually are or what military truck they come off of.
He says that they fit the Kodiak C4500.
I would never buy from him because he seems like a shady seller, but I am interested in what these wheels might actually be. He says they are not off the LAV/Stryker and that they are aluminum.
The only military wheels that I am aware of that could possibly fit the C4500 bolt pattern are Steel or the Alu LAV/Stryker wheels.

Here are some pics. Any insights from you military experts would be appreciated.

Can't see in that pic size, but if you can read the pt number Hutchinson will happily tell you what they are.

Also iirc the Stryker ones are the only ones that are 9.5" ish wide

I apologize if this is off topic but will military style wheels fit a full sized truck, (3500/f350) without a lift? I assume they would be heavier than stock wheels as well?

If they are 20x11 they shouldn't be Stryker wheels

What tires do you plan to run? I have similar wheels and had to do a lot of machine work to get the 335/80/20 mpt81 bead to fit.
