M416 Tub

Are there any vendors that sell a complete replacement tub for a M416?

I knew what I was getting when I bought my M416 for $350. It had all the lunette parts, axle and suspension bits intact, but the frame is wasted and the PO cut the back out for a wooden tailgate.

After some deconstruction, the tub is repairable, but my time is worth money and if I could find a replacement for less than an arm and a leg, I would probably go that route. Building the frame is easy for me, redoing 1000 holes in the tub not so much.

All I can find on a search is old posts. Is there anything current out there made in steel?

No idea if they have a 416 kit but these guys make new steel Jeep trailer bodies with various options.

I'm not opposed to the fiberglass tub, but the price is too steep. For $800-900, I'll get out my welder and start fixing the mess.

I have a floor, but I'm in central Georgia. Was going to use it in my Bantam Trailer build. Decided to just use 14 ga tread plate instead.

I can replace a floor like you guys did. I was hoping for a whole tub. Theres a lot of metal missing on mine.
