***SOLD***: 1997 M1101 Trailer with Amtech Fiberglass Top
Location: Bakersfield, California, USA
Description: 1997 M1101 military trailer in good condition with new Amtech fiberglass top. The trailer is completely stock and original. The only thing missing is the strap that holds down the fuel can. The 37 inch Goodyear military tires with runflat inserts are in excellent condition, maybe 95% to 99% tread, still shows nubs on the tread. Brakes work excellent. The parking brakes work perfectly. The lights have been converted to 12 volts and it comes with a four pin flat adapter (no wires were cut or spliced). The top was mounted by the military and then the trailer was decommissioned before the trailer was used with the new top. The top can support up to 500 lbs and is very thick fiberglass. The doors are aluminum, as is the trailer bed. There are a few very small dents on the outside of the body of the trailer, and one dent on the bed rim where the top is bolted down. The trailer pulls smooth and tracks straight. It is registered, titled and plated in California and the registration is good for five years. It also comes with a 5 ton pintle hook on a 12 inch rise 2 inch receiver hitch made from solid steel that raises the hitch to the appropriate height when pulling with a full size SUV or pickup. I was planning converting it to an off road camper but have since decided to go a different way. For more photos or if you have any questions, please contact me.
