This van is amazing. It was designed for a couple to live and travel full time. There are no compromises.

We chose the gas Promaster so it would be capable of world travel (there is no ULSD and DEF is difficult to source south of Mexico).

Selling because I am building a large expedition truck. I'll do another van after the truck.

Let me know if you have questions. Forward to anyone who may be in the market. Van is located in San Diego, California.

Can you run the AC off battery power? If so, how many hrs can you expect to get out of it with a full charge?

The air conditioner is DC so it is connected directly to the battery (No need to turn on the inverter). It draws around 44 amps on high so at night (no gains from solar) we can run it for around 9-10 hours.

by the way, the house is all electric. No propane, diesel or gasoline powered anything.

Very nicely done. Only issues I see is the lack of windows which open and no sunshade awning. I guess it has AC so perhaps that would be OK if you didn't mind sitting inside.

Just wish someone would offer a higher clearance rear axle for the Promaster and a 2 inch front lift... I can't get past the lack of clearance on these vans.

Thanks! We have metal screens that lock in the front windows for ventilation. The fantastic vent in the roof moves quite a lot of air. The A/C pulls air through the floor. An awning could be installed if you prefer. The design goal with this van was "stealth" since overlanding also requires urban boondocking. The less "camper" features the better to reduce the chances of being disturbed.

Clearance was never an issue all through Mexico, Central America or even back country Utah. We have larger all terrain tires, which raise the van a little less than an inch.

BTW - Where did you get the net storage pockets from? Looks like a nice way to organize some items. The rear storage "wall" is another well done detail - especially if it is dust tight as the rear doors on vans often allow fine dust to enter due to the air pressure vacuum created there.

You are exactly right. It is difficult to keep dust from coming through the back doors. The wall prevents it from coming into the living space.

The storage nets were from EzNet purchased on Amazon. They come in various sizes. Cheap but functional. Heavy duty straps are from Wrap-It purchased on Amazon as well.
