LMTV Conversion

I am looking for someone to build a 16' Shell for a LMTV build. I've checked with a few of the 'big guys' and the prices are uneconomical for me. I was torn between the composite build (Total Composites) or an aluminum frame with plywood/fiberglass.

I'd definitely go the total composites route.

Not on a tight budget but I will be in some harsh terrain through Mexico and Central America. I want to make sure the structure is beefy enough.

I may end up using a 1078 van box.

Go with a composite panel box, more than beefy enough and will hold its value compared to a plywood home build.
