So can I put a flatbed truck camper like a FWC or Hallmark into this or is it designed just for an XP camper?
Yes you sure can!!! We got burned by XP Camper as well and ended up with a FWC on ours!!!

What SRW conversion wheels are those? They look great.

"SRW Conversion Wheels" arent needed to convert Pre 2019 3500 Duallys.

You can remove the front hub adapter and the bolt pattern on the hub is the same as the rear, as is the track width.

Any wheels that fit that lug pattern will work with no fancy parts needed.

My 2500 5.9 4wd weighs 6400# and has a weight fee of $208. I don't think the weight fee would be that much. I have commercial plates.
Good buy. There's a way to do this but California doesn't make anything easy.

Sorry for the lack of replies. I currently have a deposit in hand while the buyer and I figure out how to facilitate the deal amid these challenging times. If for any reason the deal falls through, I will contact those that have reached out to me. Thank you.

So once you remove the DRW - you are exactly where you would with a factory 3500 SRW truck, payload wise?
