Light recommendations

I'm looking for some LED light recommendations. I know there are a million basic LED lights out there, just seeing what people have tried. First, I'd like to replace the dead, tired out old fog lights on my bumper.

Second, what are people using to replace the flourescent bulbs inside an ambo?

Generic LED light bars. Cheap and great light. Haven't have chance to test the expensive ones, but I have a hard time believing they are going to be 10x better. I always run a bead of clear silicone around the glass.

These are the ones I run in my vans. I think I like the Eyourlife better. It was shorter than my current Wilpower but i think it was even brighter (I need to play a little bit with the aim, it may be off).

IMHO start with quality headlights first then aux lighting.
I have the truck-lite led 5x7 and couldn't be happier. Since I have them I very rarely turn on my Hella 700ff...

Thanks for the info guys. Raul I'll take a look at those. Rob those headlights are pricey! But then good lights on a long night time trip are worth it.

There are a ton of led headlights, I bought some knockoff truck lite headlights. They are better than stock but they cake up with snow. I would have to pull over every 15 minutes to clear the snow off. The lights were supposedly heated. I'm changing my headlight setup to retrofitted 5x7 and hid. It should be much brighter and more evenly spread than the led headlights. I had retrofitted headlights on my old Subaru and it was awesome.

For fogs, I replaced the Hellas in my Aluminess bumper with Baja Designs XL-R Sports. I'm also pretty stoked on the XL80s as a driving combo.

Get yourself some Vantage Optics headlights and you'll rarely need additional light from a light bar or driving lights.

Thanks for all the recommendations! Now any ambo guys out there have replacement ideas for the lights inside the box?

Klutch, I wanted DOT legal and to see where my heavy AF van was pointing while going upto 80mph...
These fit the bill perfectly. A one time investment!

As for additional lighting, in/exterior I have been buying from https://www.oznium.com/ for years. Great service and products.
