Those washer tubs are popular in Anza Borrego. No fires without complete containment of ashes.

I really like it, its a Solo Stove 'Bonefire'

Burns hot, and leaves absolutely zero trace of anything on the ground. I found out that the 18" Komodo half grill rack will work on it as well so we dont have to prop up our cast iron pans with logs anymore haha

I wasn't aware of it. Great product. We have to have a fire. Thanks.

I have been slowly working on converting my 2006 F150 (5.4L Triton) into a more camping/hunting friendly rig. Most of the modifications I made myself or with the help of family.
  • front leveling kit and rear lift kit.
  • additional leaf spring in the rear.
  • new front struts and rear shocks.
  • new tires (Hankook DYNAPRO AT2 - SIZE: LT295/70R17 ... 33+ inches tall) I didn't want to have to replace all the control arms, etc. for a larger lift so I went with these.
  • topper that I sort of color matched with white bedliner.
  • Rok Block on the tailgate to decrease dust coming in.
  • built in bed storage.
  • kitchen "box"
I will add some photos here of the finished product and then a few more of the build in another post.

Here are some shots of the build process. This was a low budget project as I purchased this rig for $5K and then had to redo the cam phasers. The build out was made simply with the hope of being functional. I will be towing a small trailer with at ATV as well. I will sleep in either a wall tent, two person 4 season tent, or in the back of the pickup on the area rug with padding underneath it - all depending on the situation and duration.

The picture of the pickup is the before shot - no lift, extra leaf spring, leveling kit, and just some low road tires.

2003 v10 excursion 4x4 and my trailer that holds my camping & cooking gear.

My excursion is all stock.
Front sway bar removed and warn locking hubs are my only upgrades so far.

I have a Dana 60 and a Ford 10.5 in my garage that I am going to rebuild with gears and lockers to swap the under it. Plan is 2.5” lift with 35” tires.
