I have a set of Exposed racks for a Jeep JKU with the hard top.
Exposed racks stated this will fit a RTT on the top of the JKU with the hardtop.

I bought these from someone else (he bought them new and never used them). One end cap is missing on one bar (lost) other than that, they have never been mounted or assembled.
I was planning on buying a Roof top tent and ended up with an amazing deal on a Motorcycle camper trailer. This works better for my kids and myself so never bought the RTT.
