James Baroud Grand Raid XXL Evo tent, has been used only a couple of time, it came with a trailer I bought and I won't be using it. I only slept in it once in a really bad rain storm just to make sure it didn't leak, and it was waterproof and comfortable. It has a mattress and mattress cover, come with ladder as well. Overall it's a great tent for the price.
