I don't understand your point. Are you saying 8 1/2" to the wheel midpoint restrict you, that you would like to be able to use even bigger tires than the maximum that width accommodates?

Which Timbren model# is that you have?

Is it the lifted version?

What I am trying to say is it gives you a measurement from hub face to frame of timbren axle of 8 1/2 what they didn't really give you was from hub face to the giant bolt head that impedes into that 8 1/2 inches by and inch with the washer. So yes I ran out of room and still had to use spacers despite getting rims that otherwise didn't need the spacers to get around the grease cap.
