UPDATE: I just added a marine teak swing away table, bamboo shower floor, insulated privacy curtain for overhead sleeper, pass thru insulated cover, padded sofa back, and portable bamboo room divider providing double privacy for entry shower/toilet area all which adds to the rigs livability
This vehicle was recently completed by the master aluminum craftsmen at Alum-Line in Iowa who built the original Global Expedition prototype . Just completed extensive initial service and added several improvements.

Structurally bonded w/ 4,000 PSI adhesive with a 400% stretch by LORD Adhesive
ADHESIVES
Floors, roof and side walls were primarily bonded together using the same Toughened Structural Acrylic Adhesives used to bond many high impact military tactical vehicles, fire trucks, etc.
The acrylic adhesive series was chosen for its high elongation and impact resistance.
Using adhesives instead of all welded connections allows you to build with aluminum and take advantage of that material’s many advantages, such as its light weight, tight tolerances, natural corrosion resistance, strength and durability
It is temperature resistant, performing at temperatures from -40 degrees F to +300 degrees F.
Environmentally resistant to a wide range of chemicals and weathering, including excellent resistance to indirect UV exposure.
