The 4x4 will be in the future, I would like to put some miles on it as is. I know it will never actually be done, so it will happen one day. Today I drilled up the upper trim and installed the fuse box light, replaced the passenger door handle, now it opens from the outside!

A Prodcutive Weekend!

Installed the second battery in the generator compartment. It took way more time than I had expected to run another 1/0 cable and move all the supports around for the additional battery. It worked out in the end, just have to make a few battery cables.

Yes I know the generator needs to be cleaned, but hey it runs great!

Roughed in the stereo today, need to find a trim ring. Sadly Best Buy doesn't sell an install kit for an International 4700. This will double as the rear view camera screen . The best part is, a buddy of mine gave it to me for fixing his car!

This is an awesome build! I'm surprised there aren't more medium duty diesel builds like this. I saw a nice 4x4 Freightliner FL80 the other day, $36k! Once I have the room to park one of these, I'd like to get a retired box truck and build a toyhauler motorhome. Floor height seems to be an issue for getting a motorcycle up a ramp though, may have to go with a lift gate. Keep up the great work, I enjoy following along.

Thanks for the compliment!
Today I installed the stairs and went from three to two stairs, next I will fix up a few things on them and paint em up. I cut some metal to make a trim ring for the stereo, since there is not one to be found for my truck...

With the snow melting I decided to remove the old headliner and weld up a new support structure for the CB, brake controller and cab speakers. Then I ran the wiring for them up the pillar. It will be covered in wood then marine grade carpet.
