Inexpensive Plasma cutters? Any good?

And here I am, with the Cut-50D, near 9 years later.

Works great, just cut some 1/4 plate (steel) with it last week.
base plates for the little Tracker roll bar.

And the consumables, where are you finding "expensive" options?
I bought my machine from ebay, so the consumables come from there as well :ROFLMAO:

Is $100 for a 100-pc kit expensive? Serious question....

Those are what I buy also. The tips don't last long if you are doing a lot of piercing, but for the price it doesn't matter. Having dry air makes a huge difference in tip life, most people at home don't have good enough line dryers.

Maybe yours was a better older chinesium product, mine was a complete piece of ********

Huge marketing schemes on forums and social media, get a decent following with decent machines, then cash-in/outsource and it all goes to ******** :LOL:
