HUMMER H1 vs Silverado.

This is what happens when Silverado hits hummer H1 at 50 mph.

It may look bad, but it's called crumple zone and there for a reason - to lower g-forces to the passenger!

I have an 8 ton single axle dump truck, if I hit an H1 or another dump truck, both would have a small dent, and both drivers would be dead or at least seriously injured.

I’m pretty sure I’d rather be in the Chevy, crumple zones exist for a reason.

Unless you really like helicopter rides, you don’t wanna be in the Silverado in this case

Any links to the story? No doubting you, but curious of the details - was he seat-belted? What's the mode of injury, I see no cab intrusion?

Who's the guy in blue in the first photo? Is he the air lifted driver?

I wonder if the firewall came back in. That's why I refuse to drive the Express vans any more. I like having legs.
