I’d skip all three and just get a big boy car. The Outback is way better machine than all three. 20yrs of Subarus and the OB is the only one I’d bother buying. Stay away from the Turbos and you should be OK. But last few yrs Subaru has struggled with parts quality/ consistency you can get a great one or a total pile of garbage. I’ve been lucky and missed all the bad parts Subaru typically steps up and replaces the bad stuff warranty or not as long as you haven’t done stupid stuff like put Gear oil in the cvt in a self service or 3rd party shop etc.
But seriously CRV/Rav4 don’t even compare to the OB regarding real people seating comfort, larger payload rating and great highway performance.
