Man...bummer about that fender and the mushed frame horns.. As Chriscosta416 said, easiest bet would be to weld new frame horns on. I had to do that for mine too, except I ended up just going a full custom route instead of making them ready for bolt on products again.
Loving those beefy tires!! As Plh suggested, you'll definitely need to trim a lot, especially with those low offset wheels. I have +15 offset wheels with 34x10.50r17 bfg KO2s which measure 33.5x10.6 compared to those pataguccis which have a stated measure of 33.5x11.8.
Up front that arb will need quite a bit of trimming, as well as the fender liner behind the bumper. The metal area where the side step bolts onto will have to be cut or bashed in 1.5-2 inches. And you'll also contact the plastic lip on the inside of the fender flare trim piece on up-travel. I chose not to trim mine since I rarely come down hard enough to scrub. Though with your extra 1.25"+ or so of tire poking out due to wider width and lower offset than me you will scrub more.
For the rear I had to heat up the plastic shields attached to the rear bumper with a heat gun and mold them inwards for more clearance. And like the front, the inside lip of the fender flare trim will definitely need to be cut both on the quarter panel and door. I only trimmed a little here, but I still scrub a lot, and quite regularly (off road).
Do you have any plans to regear to 4.90s? Those beefy tires are going to be hard to turn!
Post pics when they're installed! I've always dreamt about what a more beefy "34" would look like haha
