Help choosing the best OME lift for my 4Runner?

I have a 99 4Runner with the stock 99 rear coil that I got rid of a couple of years ago. I replaced it with OME 906 because I didn't want to lift my vehicle too much. I tend to stick to 1in - 2in lift max and 32in tires. Keeps my gas mileage reasonable and allow me to access 90% of the areas I want to.

If you want to have stock height (aka no lift), then I recommend OME 906. It is close in height to the stock 99 coils but it is much stiffer. Don't quote me but I think it is 220#/in on the OME 906 vs 160ish #/in on the stock 99 coils.

If you want some lift (2-3in), then go with OME 890 or 891. Both are taller springs with a spring rate around 190#/in for the 890 and 210#/in for the 891.

These numbers are off the top of my head so please check the OME catalog for the actual spring rate.

Since you are planning to add a rear bumper with swing out, OME 906 may not be enough once you load other expedition stuff. You might want to put a slightly taller spring (890/891) to compensate for the extra weight.
