Regular guy
Eric Didier will be down there from Portland with the Terrawagen Sprinter van and his 300GE turbo diesel adventurewagen. He has sweet new side table for the G and some other Sprinter products.

I know there is an expo fore sale thread, but it is pretty generic. So I hope you guys don't mind I mention my G specific parts for sale here, I have a set of Attik wheels, and Vogler Tech spring spacers for sale. I can bring them along if anyone is interested.

I will be taking the LeTech Portal G63 down to show and my 2005 LeTech Portal G500 to drive!

Sweet! Can't wait to check them out in person.

Be warned, leave your wallet at home. There's so much overland candy and vehicle porn I guarantee you're gonna get hooked. I predict an expedition G build from LeTechUSA!

See you guys soon.

William

I'm surprised it took so long for the HAM guys to jump in. Jeez!

Hey, go eat a..... Sandwich bro!

Ilian, I posted them at $950 plus shipping. I think it's a bargain price based on them not being perfect. I'll get you some pics if you can wait a week. I'm rushing to get my G somewhat ready for the Expo. Maybe we should take this to a PM or email. Mine is jopel101@comcast.net

Missed it again this year, would love to attend next year when it's not snowing/sleeting/hailing/mud bogging! :)

It was a blast! The conditions made it so much more interesting. It was a true measure of vehicle performance as it relates to deep sticky slippery snot. It was like a spectator sport observing which vehicles moved and which didn't. It was also the best gear test any manufacturer could ever imagine and was an absolute pleasure to observe.

Looking forward to seeing you there next year.

This pretty much sums it up. Never underestimate a good pair of Muck boots in your kit. Thanks again Walt for saving our asses!

What gear did you test?

I think William was referring to the vendors supplying things like maxx traxs and winches and roof top tents, were loving life. There were some miserable looking folks sleeping in ground tents and others having to lower themselves to have a Jeep or 6 pull their stupid rental RVs out of the lot, backwards the whole way due to not having any suitable anchors up front! It was entertaining! We arrived, or I should say, I arrived with only soccer shoes. All I can say is I couldn't leave a 20' radius from my rig for fear of slipping on my *** or submerining my kicks. It was only after Walt showed up with some mucks from Wally world for us that thing got enjoyable for me. In retrospect, if we had bought every pair of mucks in Wally World and sold them at the expo, we seriously would have been able to buy that sweet Unimog GXV camper.

LOL! Sounds like a missed opportunity!
