Ghost town of Hagan, NM

This past Sunday I took the wife a short 15 minutes north of Albuquerque to an area I've been wanting to check out for some time now. The road we took delivered some great views of the countryside and took us by the ghost town of Hagan. Enjoy the pics.

Because of the private property, we weren't able to get too close to the ruins.

Very barren in the lowlands, yet surrounded by mountain ranges that are fairly close. New Mexico has a great mix of desert and mountains. I love both. :sombrero:

2 great little towns and some awesome areas to explore around there. i wish i could get my rover out there.

Nope. It's private property and can only be viewed from the road. The ruins were probably 75-100yds from the road.
