German 98 Blazer build

Hi guys,
just wanted to share my build with you. Btw, that`s a really nice forum here...

Plans are to make the car ready for some 3k mile trips around Europe.

When I got it:



Add this:



Result:



Made some 2,5" shackles and installed them:







Did also 1,5" T-Bar crank...

Got some 31x10,5" Mickey Thompsons and a CB:



Started with a new roof rack including a roof tent:









 
Almost finished roof rack:









6 light`s are missing...

Yesterday I began with the winch:

Would really like it to get some comment`s/suggestions from you guys...

If I was me I would reduce the height of the top bars on the roof fack. the rear one I woudl keep about 1" about the tent to protect it from limbs. the front one I would cut down to the height of the tire and make an aerodynamic wind break to help get wind over the vehicle.

Just curious as to what part of Germany you are in? I am heading to Graff/Vilsect early next year and am trying to learn more of what to do and where to go in Germany...I'm a little excited.

Worked on the car today...

Put a big wire to the back of the truck, where a second battery will be going:





Mounted a plate for additional switches:



Got some LED fogs that I`ll use as reverse light`s. But I`ll paint them black first:

Detachable bar for easier acces to the spare tire:

 
Got a few things done:
-sprayed it with undercoating
-got some shackles mounted
-made some swaybar disconnects
