Gen3 3.8 timing belt parts

I haven't seen a good breakdown of the parts numbers. Looking at the timing belt kits out there for the 3.8, the Aisin TKM-005 looks like a good one but hard to source. Dealer is quite a bit more for OEM, but I've read that the Aisin kit doesn't come with the tensioner. So Dealer item there? Or a solid tensioner like the 4G guys run.

What other parts might I need? I've got the camshaft seals and valve cover gaskets. Any other while I'm there preventative maintenance things? One of the trucks is leaking so they will be replaced. The other is dry as a bone so I'm not sure I should?

I feel any reputable belt manufacturer is OK(Goodyear,Gates ect) but don't skimp on the tensioner. I replaced mine with a rockauto one only to have it go bad three months later. Luckily the new belt didn't skip.

Any brands that are good besides OEM for the tensioner?

Gates makes the OEM Mitsubishi belt. Little FYI.
