Fuel Storage

A few weeks back I posted a question about a reciever hitch storage device for fuel or water. After looking around a bit I decided to just build my own. I'm a newbie welder so my skills are lacking....:Wow1:
My needs were to carry an additional 5 gal of gas and water for a weekend desert trip this coming weekend to the Owyhee's!
