Made this trailer in 2020-2021 and have used about 6000 miles. Towed across US without issue.
Started out as a 1986 Wells Cargo trailer. (titled as such with Virginia title)
all new extended frame, floor, insulation, interior etc.

120v AC 55amp WFCO RV power center/inverter
With shore power, can run AC, microwave and two 120v outlets with 30 amp RV type cord
12volt system runs lights and water pump and fan
Optima blue top RV battery
Renogy 100w solar panel with 30A PWM controller (no photo-installed forward of AC)
20 gallon fresh water tank with external fill(mounted just behind rear axle)
Camplux hot water heater
Shurflo water pump with accumulator tank
outside shower connection-hot/cold
Dometic fantastic fan in ceiling
inside stainless steel sink with cutting board (empties on ground or into a bucket) hot/cold
solid oak cabinets

left side box door has battery and hotwater heater and some storage.
right side box door has slide out for a small fridge or other storage. (I used fridge in truck)
Propane tank has dual ports for stove connection (I used portable stove)
Thetford RV toilet with 6 gallon black tank (new-never used) Has standard RV sewer hose connection on exterior.
Two mattresses about 29 inches by 75 inches. Can be configured as couch or use one on floor or included cot to sleep two.
33 inch BF Goodrich tires with full size spare (jeep wheels)
3500lb axle with new bearing/hubs/springs
ARB 4ftx8ft awning on rear
Lock N Roll hitch
with ramp can haul small motorcycle on front
has 2 inch receiver hitch on front deck to mount bike rack (bike rack not included)
has 2 inch receiver hitch on rear for step mount or light bike rack.
3 jacks (one on tongue and two at back for leveling if needed)
Overall length is 15' 9 inches from back to hitch.
