I have for sale a 2005 Dodge ram 3500 4x4 with a Bigfoot 2500 basement model camper 25C9.6 , built for exploring the world in comfort.

2005 DODge ram 3500 is a dually Cummins 5.9 Laramie 4x4 model. It has a total of 270000 kms , but 100000 kms on the rebuilt engine, 90000 on the rebuilt transmission, 20000 since I've change the transmission oil and put a transmission shift kit for more transmission stiffness( less slippage and overheating).
Some preventive maintainance I've made this year- new tires, new turbo( 500 kms), new Intank pump. Last year It was the starter, alternator , belt, driveshaft.I have a friend mechanic so Dodge is in perfect condition
Extras:
front+ rear 2 inch hitch receiver,
front 2 inch leveling kit with Bilsteins shocks
Rear: 5000 lbs Firestone ajustable airbags
Caterpillar 1R-0750 2 micron filter with aditional Caterpillar water separator protecting the fuel system
adittional transmission cooler with fan
Rear view camera
Dash camera recorder.
EXtra parts I'll give for the buyer
a new steering dumper
complete new set of lifetime ball joins
15w40 Rotella engine oil for another 20000 kms( 2 x10L)

It comes also with a 9.5 service box cut to fit an 8 foot truck camper. Service box has lots of storage for all the things you need when you go camping.

2000 Bigfoot camper 2500 basement model. 25C9.6 model
These are THE BEST BUILT CAMPERS IMHO, fiberglass well insulated 4 season campers( I stayed inside in a winter storm at -20 Celcius),
basement with heated tanks 25000 Btu ducted furnace, stove with oven
Dual pane windows, 6 cu inch refrigerator, electric jacks with remote control for taking the camper out( to explore even further)
Last year I've put in a stainless steel focet and a new more solid Torklift glow scissor steps.
240 Watts solar panels with 2 6v batteries 235 AH you have enough power to stay off the grid.

800 watts 12V to 110V converter

Also the spare tire is on the back of the camperand where was the spare sits a 160 L grey, black tank for extended stay

Or google Bigfootrv brochure 2000

This vehicle is a truck, is not consider an RV( because you can take out the truck camper) so you can stop at any parking, downtown ,beach etc and enters a regular parking lot. It was built for exploring far . It took me one year to built it and I consider it better that what is done elsewhere " Built it new would cost more than 200000$. Also 2005 Dodge is prior to DEf, PDF and the other stuff. just good old reliable engine capable of 1 million kms.

The only reason I'm selling is that my kids are in competition teams and we cannot leave for camping any more.
I can sell to people from any country( I speak Freanch also, I'm in Quebec city) , France, Belgium , Germany etc who wish to come explore the Americas.Easy 5 minute transaction.
Price is 48000$ Canadians , and you can take advantage from the low Can $ ( do your own conversion) dollar to have a ready to go vehicle at an very affortable price.
It's available from 1 MAy 2020,since right now is in storage for the winter
PM for more details

Hy,
probably you need to pay some federal import taxes at the border and some state taxes and pass a state inspection. but every US state is different the the best is to call your local DMV and they will tell you exactly. I know that there are a lot of US dealers buying trucks in Canada due to low can dollar. Here is a easy 5 minutes transaction. All you need here is money , passport and driver licence.thanks.
