For sale is a 1990 provan tiger gt camper van. Price is 3,900 or best offer.

This van is in very good mechanical shape, it has 84,000 mile and passes emissions.

The RV portion needs some love. The top leaks (easily fixed with ever abound tape, which is included), the fridge is dead (which no one ever uses anyway) and there are a couple of leaks in the water system. The stove and heater work fine. I never used/tested the shower or toilet, so who knows, but I recommend just getting rid of them and turning it into a closet. Also, I removed the carpet, planning to put in pergo wood floors.

It's a fixer upper but after a little time and effort this baby will shine.

All offers will be considered.

Matt

NWow. While I feel like I've definitely done my due diligence and actually had my father pick up the van and take it to an independent garage before purchasing, The fact remains:

I just sent a boatload of money to a man I've never met for a van I've never seen, and more money to another man I have never met to pick up the van I've never seen and ship it to only God knows where ( SUPPOSED to go here, we will see!).

Dad says it's a beauty. Here it I s his driveway 2500 miles from me, after he picked it up from the seller for me an hour and a half away from his house.

Great find T.Low, I did nearly the same getting my van, sight unseen, California to Georgia, via Ohio!?!, third party inspection, amazing steps and people involved. Sort of a "how the mouse got the cheese" story. Very un-nerving.

Turned out to be one of my best vehicle purchases. Can't wait to see what you're going to do with it.
