The problem with a 650/750 4X4 conversion is poor ground clearance compared to a portal axle conversion (as I see it). Also the lack of CTIS.

The F554, isn't portal axle.

Interesting and cool: BUT do not advertise it as a Hummer H1 replacement. One gets attention writing that, but guaranteed the F554 will not keep up. Its a totally different outfit.
