Hello members. Why pay retail when you don't have to! Purchased in late Dec. 2020. After purchased, all prices went up on James Baroud items. You can pick up and I am also willing to deliver up to a 200 mile radius from Cottonwood, Arizona. We used Falcon awning 4 times, annex room and side walls once, Falcon shower enclosure twice and we never used the tunnel to date.
