I think I've seen this rig around town, very cool! Only one of the pictures is working for me, just FYI and could just be my computer.

Apparently only one picture is showing up. The others are hosted on the SMB forum and one needs to be a member to see them...sorry!

Here's my ad on Craigslist that has lots of pictures:

To answer some common questions I've gotten in email:
The underside is pretty well painted / coated so there is very little rust, and what's there is superficial. It's most noticeable on the leaf springs and shock bodies. The factory front brake calipers were uncoated and had severe rust so I replaced them with new coated calipers about a year ago.

I've personally done the majority of maintenance on this van while I've owned it including replacement of the engine oil cooler at ~60k miles. During that job, I also replaced any updated engine parts that were accessible without removing the heads (STC fitting on the HP oil pump, blue spring in the fuel pressure regulator, turbo oil tubes, LP and IPR oil strainers). I performed a coolant system flush with Fleetguard Restore and refilled with EC1 non-silicate coolant. At that time I also installed the BPD EGR cooler and a coolant filter.
