This is a 1981 Australian (RHD) HJ47 located in Courtenay, British Columbia, Canada. I purchased this troopy in 2002 and have been slowly restoring it since then. It's an around town driver now that gets out once or twice a week on average, otherwise it's in the garage. It had a body off restoration completed in 2013 including body and paint from the frame up. Original 2H Diesel engine and drive train with 270 000 original Kms on the odometer. A detailed list of what has been done to this Cruiser can emailed to potential buyers.
Full disclosure: This Cruiser has some areas where the rust is starting to come back since the restoration work in 2013. The odometer has stopped turning approximately 6 months ago. To my knowledge, these are the only items that require attention.
I never anticipated selling this troopy but have another build on the go and unfortunately, this one is going to need a new home. This is a beautiful Land Cruiser that runs well and is ready for adventure.
Asking $55 000 Canadian.
