recently bought a sr5 4runner, v6,5spd.
145k, i need to (im sure) change all the fluids, what type do y'all like for tc,trans,diffs,....? thanks
actually while im at it may as well ask, since i havent rear the manual.....whats types for the above? thanks

I'm sold on Valvoline or Mobile1 full synthetic. The only issue with going full synthetic is that you may develop some oil leaks when switching with 145k miles.

You can't go wrong with going AMSOIL in all the boxes and the engine. Fell free to email me or PM if you have specific questions on the various oils and fluids.

You can't go wrong with Amsoil. I would at least use amsoil in the transfer case, transmission and both diffs as the intervals are much longer between changes compared to the engine oil. If it's a hassle finding Amsoil for each engine oil change you can't go wrong with Pennzoil Platinum or Mobil 1. Pennzoil will keep everything cleaned up but be sure to use a quality filter
