First camper build

So here goes nothing, I started building a camper a few months ago from a trailer I was using for my construction business. It started life as a double jet ski trailer that I got secondhand for a steal. I set off with the idea of simple space for me and my daughter to take camping, fishing, hunting hiking and so on. And this is were I’m at so far.
I’m not by any means a metal guy so don’t look to close. But all in all I’m proud and excited. It’s actually 1/2 Baltic birch in 11ply core 5x5. It’s much lighter and stronger than the standard core 3x4 ply. At this point the whole exterior will be coated in monster liner spray on coating. I think

I'll be rolling on Monstaliner this week over fiberglassed plywood. I'll probably add something to my thread, "Teardrop #4".

Gotta finish the doors first.

Man I can’t wait to see how the monster Liner goes on with a roller. I’ve been thinking about rolling vrs spraying for a while now. I’m on the side of spraying cause I’ve got a lot of big panels and I’m afraid it will get dry and uneven spots from rolling

Well over the weeekend lots of progress happened. Got all of her skin on and started preparing for the finish. Also removed all of the internal bracing and now there’s a clear view of the useable space, I’m super excited! Had to do a little cleanup and that involved hooking it up so I went ahead and towed her around the block. Can’t wait to get her out on her first camping trip, which I plan to do on November 1st.

I’m running a heated blanket but I don’t mind sleeping a little cool to simplify my rig. Would be nice to have a dual AC/heater 12v unit worth a damn
