Finished my RTT Trailer

Made a change to the trailer axle, shortened it by 4 inches, pulling in the wheels so that I could remove the 2 inch spacers holding the fenders on.

I have the same Coleman camp kitchen table that you have. Do you have a link to the faucet that you added and how you connect it to the table? I have been thinking about adding a faucet to mine.

I found a way to put Jeep 5 on 5 rims on a trailer axle that is 5 on 4.5 and make up some of the 7 inch backspace difference using the following two spacers:

I will need to get a wider 59.5 hub face axle and will have to put different fenders on the trailer box and remove the spare tire from the front and move the propane bottle back.

Making changes to my RTT trailer. I changed the position of the RTT so that it opens out over the tongue of the trailer plus the RTT can still be opened with trailer attached to jeep. It sits 2 inches higher than before now 4 inches above the trailer box now and with 7 inches at the back of the box to kneel on before getting into the tent. Used 4 Waddell Ash Sofa Table Leg (Actual: 4-in x 2.5-in) from Lowes. Remover the metal screw from end and drilled 5/16 hole all the way trough. Shaved ¼ inch off the top of the foot so that a 5 inch bolt would protrude through enough to put a nut on it.

Had to modify my ARB awning brackets after turning the RTT so that it open out over the tongue of the trailer.

I modified the back end of the trailer box by adding 2 brackets so that the RTT ladder can be removed from the RTT using 2 quick release pins (¼ inch diameter by ½ inch long) and attached to the back of the box so that you can get into the tent from either ends. Note: Quick release pins not in picture will get them soon.

After camping this weekend, I found that in order to support one corner of the tent I had to put rockets under the telescopic pole because it was not long enough. So I made a new support that uses the trailer tongue and the RTT ladder brackets to support end of the tent.

Made a bracket for my cell phone solar charger that fits on the end of my ARB awning.

The best $80 I spent on a cooler that work great. Fits in the back of my Jeep and plugs into the lighter while traveling and at the camp site I use a 110v AC to 12v DC converter. Keeps everything in it cold.

All finished and setup for two, I could change the setup to accommodate six by putting up the ARB awning room and 10’x12’ screened in tarp seen in other pics.

Made some changes to my RTT trailer removed 20 lbs. propane tank from the trailer tongue and modified it to mount a Dee Zee trailer tongue box. Used two 3/8" x 2" cupling nuts at the back of tongue box to space it away from the RTT box so that tongue box lid can open. Add an aluminum bracket to hold a 5 lbs. propane tank in place and put a rubber mat in the bottom of the box.
