Hello ExPo members,

I am looking at upgrading to a 100 series cruiser and have one in mind. Unfortunately I will need to sell our Pontiac Vibe and my LX450 in order to do it. This is a feeler thread to determine if there is interest in the LX prior to putting it up for sale officially.

Let's start with price: I'd like to get $15,000 out of it, now let me tell you why.

147,200 miles

Arizona vehicle with no rust on the body and next to none on the undercarriage. This is one of the cleanest undercarriages I've ever seen. Has been located in Oklahoma since November 2011 when I purchased it.

Slee 6" lift - Springs, radius arms, dual cardon front and rear driveshafts.

ARB front bumper

4X4Labs dual swing-out rear bumper with tire carrier only.

Wagon gear rear tailgate mod

315/75/16 BFG AT tires 4 are at 40% and 1 is at 95%

ARB compressor and front and rear lockers

Safari Snorkel

New blue fan clutch

Radiator recently flushed

NO third row seats

Driver's seat is starting to split and is well worn. Passenger seat is not as bad but is worn. Second row is in pretty good shape.

Sunroof does NOT leak

PO removed body cladding and rhino lined, looks pretty good.

Regeared to 4.88's

Replaced hood and back gate gas shocks.

New air filter

I don't have interior pics handy right now for the front seats but can put some up a little later today. Truck is located in Bartlesville, OK (just north of Tulsa) and is very roadworthy. I drove it from Arizona home and also took it back there for the Fiesta bowl.

Open to suggestions, please provide feedback and if you are interested. Thanks

My fiance and I have been to Arizona exploring the Grand Canyon and meteor site, Disney, OK for some rock play, Superlift in AR with FJ Cruisers, numerous camping trips, and many other adventures in this LX. Open to offers and feel free to comment. Thanks,

I did all that very same touring in a Mazda Miata convertible 2000 SE with the top down. Including all the off-road explorations in the desert (It was the dry season).
Had a tent. sleeping bag, backpack with food, cooking supplies and water.
Because I' am also a Dive Safety Officer, had a full SCUBA kit in the trunk!

You silly Expedition campers.

haha yes it really does not matter what chariot you choose as long as you get out there. I wish I had more time to get out that's for sure.
