I've come to the conclusion that EarthRoamers are a worse investment, and cause more issues than a sailboat. The depreciation on these is just absolutely insane, and it blows my mind how some people want to buy them brand new from the factory.

Maybe people who buy these brand new are very wealthy?
I’ve had a sailboat for many years, with no issues.

I would not call this an investment but more of a cool factor to have. I read somewhere that maybe 5% have ever put it in 4x4. So that says mainly RV parks and road use.
