Dual Swing Hitch?

I’m looking for a Swing Hitch, Similar to what Wilco Off-road makes but has a 50/50 split swing. In other words, half swings left, half swings right. Primarily to mount a spare on one side and room for one bike vertically on the other. Does anyone know if those are manufactured? Thanks in advance.

Looks to me like you could go to a local welding/fabrication shop and have a bike mount added to any Wilco single arm hitchgate. Beats having to swing two arms to access the rear of your vehicle.

Ooh I like that pivoting tray-table. That whole thing is areal nice design. spring-loaded pins instead of those big lever-clamps. Whose product is that? It looks realld well made.
